With a background in engineering and management consulting at Bain & Company, I’ve combined my expertise in strategy and operations with my passion for fitness. I’ve led the expansion of Barry’s in the Nordics and the launch of Padium, a premium padel club in London’s Canary Wharf. This journey has equipped me to support boutique fitness studios, gyms, and sports clubs with tailored services to meet unique business needs.

My experience spans from high-level corporate strategy to hands-on operations, coaching, and building vibrant fitness communities. At Barry’s, I managed everything from daily studio operations to merger project management, while at Padium, I led the flagship club launch as COO during an exciting growth period for padel in the UK.

I focus on helping fitness brands take the next step—whether it’s launching a new club, analyzing data, or crafting a business strategy for startups. I'm based in Marbella and Stockholm, but ready to travel to get to know your business better.
